Do you think that a 7" cake topper of a couple kissing is too tall for a 6" round cake?

I"m not sure how big the base is, but from the picture it doesn't look like the diameter it too big. I was just worried that it would be unproportional. Thanks!

well it'll be a wedding cupcake tier, so the stand will have four tiers for cupcakes and the fifth will be the 6"cake.
