Do you think that a 7" cake topper of a couple kissing is too tall for a 6" round cake?

How big is the base of the cake topper? I don't think it's too tall.

the proportion of the topper has to be judged against the entire cake.

well it'll be a wedding cupcake tier, so the stand will have four tiers for cupcakes and the fifth will be the 6"cake.

then should be ok.
