I'd like to know the answer to this too. I've got to do a full sugar-free cake and sugar-free icing for my sis in law for her bday coming up. She wants a chocolate cake and some sort of whipped cream icing.

You should be able to do a straight substitution using Splenda. So one cup of sugar would be one cup of Splenda
