I did my second fondant cake for my DD's first birthday. It's the 6 inch cake pan.

Which recipe for fondant did you use, or did you use the MMF? I'm trying fondant for the first time tomorrow... made the MMF tonight (and it's so much yummier than Wilton!), but it's cooling very slowly, and it's time for bed. LOL So I'll do it tomorrow... any tips for a first-timer??? I'm very nervous about this for some reason. icon_razz.gif Your cake looks fantastic! I bet your little one was thrilled!

I use Rhonda's MMF. I tried the regular MMF recipes. and had NO luck at all. Also, I don't let it sit over night, I find it easier to work with if I use it right away.
