I am making today two roasting pan sized cakes. I bought a heating core should I used that and nail flowers while making the cake? or do you think that the heating core would be sufficient enough?

Personally I would just use flower nails. Depending on the size of your roaster - I would use 2 or three nails.

my roasting pans are 17.2 inchx12.7 inchx 2.7 inches.
I went out and bought a heating core, but if I need to I could just use the nail flowers too.

I wonder how long I need to bake them for?
