I need some help CCer's!

I am making 3D "jungle animals" for my nephew's birthday cake out of MMF. I began modling them last Thursday and Friday, thinking that they would be dry enough by THIS thursday.......NOPE! Not even a tiny bit!

I have no gumpaste.....and no access to any (I live over 2 hours from the nearest Hobby Lobby, Wal-Mart, etc). Our UPS, FedEx, and USPS deliveries take an extra day to arrive, so even if I ordered gumpaste online and paid for overnight delivery, it wouldn't be here until Thursday.

I have tried leaving them out on the counter and placing them in the oven with only the light on.....and it's not working!

HELP! Anyone have any suggestions???? MUCH appreciated!

You can try putting them in front of a slow moving fan. the moving air can help dry the fondant. however, it will still not get rock hard.

Would you happen to have any gum-tex? If you add that to your fondant, it'll dry faster and harder.
