I thought I had one, but after searching for hours through files on my computer, I guess I dont. I am trying to get more organized and would like to incorporate this into the business, and I cant seem to come up with one I like. Does anyone out there have one I can play with or modify? Thanks a million!

I don't have one but that's a great question. I'm interested to see if anyone has this. Maybe ask Kneadacookie -- I think she has a cookie business.

Obviously you'd have to modify it to whatever you're doing, but heres one that I had for last week. I just update it before I meet/send.
