I saw directions on how to make a 2-D horse head cake in a book but now I can't remember where I saw them. Does anyone have these directions or know which book I might find them in?

Thanks!
Debbie

The directions that you saw were on a cake done by Bronwen Weber, It was in one of the American Cake decorating books. I think around October or so last year. You can check out my horse head if you like, I got to see bronwed make hers and just ran with it. I can tell you what I did if you lke. The photo is in my gallery. Not too sure if this is what you are looking for or not.

did you want it flat or dimensional? I have a pic of a flat one painted onto a cake in my pics. It's airbrushed.

Thanks to both of you! Both of your cakes are great! I was looking for the dimensional one - if I could paint like you chaptips I'd just paint it! Wow! I'm going to go dig through my ACD's now.

Thanks again!
