The cake is amazing I have my first wedding on November 3rd unless they change their mind! It is my husband's co worker but even I don't charge what I should it is a good opportunity. Your cake is super incredible and it matches the location, very rustic house I bet that wedding was lovely!

Sorry it took so long to reply..... long weekend and all icon_smile.gif

Ummm the white caramel cake, no real recipe, just white cake mix, vanilla pudding, the extra egg, milk instead of water.. substuted 1/4C liquid for caramel creamer, and added a few TBS of Dulche de Leche (SP?)

Thanks for all the compliments-- it was so stressful for me.. I had only done two 8" practice cakes with fondant before... but the fondant went pretty ok...

I am glad its over, thats for sure....

I had so many raves over the red velvet... people were coming back for more and more of those tiers.

gorgeous cake - so simple and elegant. does the pattern on the sides signify anything or is it purely decorative?

the building/grounds in the background are gorgeos too... where on earth is that? 100F at this time of year? Yaaaaaaoooohwza!
