I'm going to make a cake with lots of fondant and I'm wondering if there are any melting problems with mmf or other fondant such as satinice. Do either of them have a problem with heat? It's been in the 90's-100's lately, so I want to make sure it won't soften from the heat. I thought I have read in other threads that mmf can melt.

Being sugar, all fondant will melt. But if you keep it out of direct sun, it should hold up OK.
