my boss hates, these type of icings. I've been thinking what kinda can i do?
choc ganache .... whipping cream and choc only.When i was kid, my mom would make "powdered sugar icing". Water and powdered sugar. (That's probably why I hated "homemade" icing until I learned how to do it RIGHT! )
i was looking at the cream cheese recipes, some don't use butter or crisco. i think that works too. yay! thank you
can use a stabilized whipping cream.. heavy whipping cream, some powdered sugar and some piping gel to stabilize
