Has anyone ever figured out how many cups of flour is in a 5 pd. bag of flour and sugar. Want to figure it out to help come up with a cost of a batch of cookie dough. I just figured maybe someone would have figured it out so it would save me from doing it. Just want to make sure I'm making money on my cookies. I know most of the cost is your time. But just wanted to figure out around the price of one batch. Thanks

Check this site out, they have approximate cups per pound for alot of different items, including all kinds of flour, sugar, etc. HTH

This will vary depending on the type of flour and if it's sifted or unsifted and even more important how consistant your measurements are.
