Does anyone have a good chocolate chip cookie recipe for use in a cookie bouquet? I'd like to make one for my daughter's teacher and I'd like to use Penny's cookies and chocolate chip.

TIA!
Amy

Never made these for a bouquet, but I stick to the Nestle Toll House cookie recipe for chocolate chip cookies, never had a bad batch.

A regular choc chip cookie recipe will work. I have done bouquets with them. The Wilton treat pan helps keep the shape, but I also have packed the dough into a round cutter, removed the cutter and put in the stick. If you cookie recipe tends to spread, use a bit more flour, or butter flavored Crisco in place of some of the butter (helps lessen melting)

I have found that if you own a muffin top pan, and you place a generous amnt of cookie dough into the slots and increase the amnt of of cooking time slightly, you have a great CCC for a bouquet! icon_biggrin.gif
