Hi ladies, I'm looking for instructions on a cake a client found on the net. I believe the sight is sugarcraft.com. The cake is made up of 4 cakes - one 3 tiered cake and one small satelite cake. the small cake has a gumpaste baby on it and is connected to the top tier of the other cake by stairs. There are two gumpaste figures on these - a little girl and a teenage girl, then a gumpaste grad on top. I have no problem with making flowers, but figures are new to me. Does anyone know where I can get some instructions on making these? It's for a July party.

Thanks!

Maybe this will help you get started...Here are some polymer clay project links: Polymer clay is a lot like fondant but not quite as stiff. So I use straws or toothpics to help give support to stan up figures. Then I am sure to let people know that they shouldnt eat them. The longer ahead you can make them and let them dry out, the better.
Also color the fondant first instead od painting it all.
