Are you thinking old hollywood or New hollywood?

If you were thinking old hollywood you could do everything in black and white like old movie reels

If you were going new you could maybe do like the hollywood walk of fame...handprints in the cake or the hollywood sign...

You could make a film reel with some of the filmstrip coming of and going around the cake. You could make a big star on the cake and put the recipient's name in it, like a Walk of Fame star. You could do an old film camera. This could really be a fun theme to do! HTH
