Edible flowers are all the things I do see photos. basically they are all sugar except the wires but rock hard and nothing to really enjoy but it is impressive that they are sugar and CAN be eaten

Are you talking about fresh flowers that are not toxic or the ones that the very talented and eviable LeeAnn does?

Either way you decide make sure that they have not been sprayed with insectcides. All rose petals are edible they have a sweet fruity flavor.

Daisy-White & Yellow
Dandelion- Yellow only
Marigold- Yellow or orange
Pansy- White,yellow,or purple
Lavender- Light purple
Lilac- Light purple

Proably just a few of the common ones. These come from David Joachims book "The Food Substitions Bible" you need a substitue get this book not the complete list have to get the book for that!
