I have this client who wants a cake shape has a football but she wants a half sheet cake so how could I make a cake that is full sheet shape has football. I was thinking on puting it the football cake on top of the half sheet but then its more cake?

I have did this with a fbct football and placed on the cake.

I think I would make the half sheet cake, and then bake a cake in the football pan and put it on top of the half sheet. that way you would make the sheet cake look like the football field with the football flying over it. I think that would look pretty neat. Hope I helped at least a little.

If you don't have a football pan you could do what I did. I got an disposible aluminum pan and molded it to my sons football until it was very smooth and then baked it in that. worked fantastic and everyone commented on its shape being to realistic. check out my graduation photo if you'd like.
