Wow!!! Okay, for the last couple of years I have been rolling fondant out by hand. I have wanted a pasta maker for a while, particularly the KA pasta maker but I couldn't justify spending that much money on it. Today, I bought a hand turn pasta maker to see if they were all they were cracked up to be... I have only heard people raving about them....

Like I said, what took me so long???

Now, I am convinced that I need the one for my KA. Just have to book one more wedding to get that. I can't wait!

I have heard that it works great for small accent amounts. I haven't tried it yet, but then again, I haven't made a cake with fondant yet.

I just got one for the quilled cake I did a couple of months ago. I got it for the linguine part, so I wouldn't have to cut all of those tiny strips individually. Now, though, I use it for anything that will fit. I love it!
