Tried a combo of ideas from this site - thanks to all that posted their pictures to give me ideas....

This was for my father-in-law for Father's Day - he is a chocolate nut - the initials on top ("AC") are his and done in chocolate with gold luster. The cake is a german chocolate cake, torted, with alternating fillings of dark chocolate ganache and strawberry filling -- dipped the strawberries myself too!

Had so much fun with this cake -- it was RICH though!
