My SIL uses Wacky Cake for all of her cakes (it is just like the Wacky Cocoa Cake in the CC recipes). It's pretty good, a little on the oily and delicate side but it's the best one I've ever tried.

I just use the egg replacer by Ener-G whenever I need an egg-free cake.

kbochick, have you found the cake to be denser when you use the Ener-G? I just used it for the first time in a recipe, plus I replaced the butter with Fleischmann's Unsalted margarine and the milk with rice milk. It was a vanilla cake and it rose nicely in the oven, but as it was cooling it deflated and was dense.
