I have a bride that wants a wedding cake with an outdoorsy theme...
The details are as follows:

three stacked teirs
fresh flowers around each base
Chocolate pebbles around the base in between the flowers
I was also thinking of addin green coconut for a peat moss type look

My Problem is that she wants twigs on the side of each teir but i have no idea what to use for twigs... I found some chocolate twigs but I'm worried that they will look really fake..I need suggestions PLEASE! and pic or ideas would be GREAT!!!! TIA

Why couldn't you just pipe twigs onto the sides with a dark brown? Free-hand...?

Hi there, I just finished a plumeria cake that had fondant "bamboo" around the bottom of it. You can look at my picture and see if you like that effect. I could also suggest that you could always take those pretzel sticks and coat them in chocolate and that would give that twiggy look, of course, if that was okay with the Bride.

Hope it helps!
