i made a cupcake cake for Easter. All I did was bake the cupcakes and let them completely cool down. When they are cool, squish them together. Leave the wrappers on and on your cake board just arrange them really close together, into the shape that you need. I arranged my cupcakes into an odd circulish shape and decorated it with PEEPS, bunnies and ducks. Then just piped it using the grass tip over about 2/3 of the cupcakes. Then I used an oblong shaped tip to do a little water. Then I stuck toothpicks into the PEEPS and placed them around the cake. I scattered jelly beans over. It was very cute and everyone in our youth group really loved it. If you need more help just let me know.
