What will the roof be made of?

That is what I am trying to figure out, I know the frosting is brown rolled fondant but I'm not sure how to keep it up to look like a roof. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!

I put this one on before for a carnival cake, not sure if fondant would be too heavy for this idea though. Maybe root beer or chocolate flavored candy sticks. Maybe you could shape the roof upside down and then place it on when it has hardened. Not sure. Hope someone with more experience can help you.

Of course you might want to make it smaller than this. Not sure of the size of your cake. Good luck. I can't wait to see your cake.

BTW, I forgot to tell you. The roof in the picture is made of wrapping paper.

Howdy again! Found this idea online. Said the hut was made of toothpicks. Maybe you could try this. Thought it was cute.
