Hi all,

I've been searching and testing all kinds of recipes and I still haven't found a good white, yellow or vanilla recipe. Does anyone have one they would like to share.

Thanks,
Joanne

I am going to try and bump you, have you tried to use splenda in your normal recipe?
Or do you have other items like butter and a other stuff you cannot use?

Here are a post I remember from about 1 month ago:

I know that MamaBerry uses stevia, you might want to try and PM her, if you dont get other replies.

Good Luck.

The problem with stevia is that you can't use it in most cakes. Using 1/16 teaspoon is about equal to 1 teaspoon. Most cakes call for you to mix the cup or so of sugar with the butter first in order to help it become light, etc. With stevia that's not possible.
I use it all the time in my coffee and tea, but have only found a few recipes for it in baked goods though.

I am also looking for a good recipe. I tried one but it was flat as a pancake. Did it twice same results. It used splenda, and baking soda but this cake looked alful. And both times did not rise. Any ideas. Thanks icon_confused.gif
