I decided to give making the cake for my parents 50th a try. I have awhile to practice. If I stink at it, I'll just have to order one from someone else.

Today I bought the 28 lb tub of Sam's Club buttercream. I found out you can freeze it. The lady said it comes to them frozen. I bought a few other things like tips etc.

I am VERY new to doing cakes. Which would be easiest to transport floating tiers or two hearts on one large board (example pic below)? I thought maybe the tiers would be easy because they are 3 cakes alone, not stacked.

Thanks.

I think either will be easy to transport as long as the cake is secure from sliding.
Tiers are tough to transport once they are stacked but floating will be easy if you secure them in boxes.
