New here! Just a quick question for everyone - do you use a boxed cake mix when making a cake for a client or bake from scratch? I often dabble between both boxed and scratch mixes, but I just wonder what everyone uses.
Welcome to Cake Central. there are dozens of threads on this topic. Everyone has a different need or preference.The best answer is use what you like, many are used to mixes and some find scratch 'different'.
