How Much Batter

HI. I was wondering if someone could tell me how much batter to use for 11X15 2 inches deep? If I run out of time and have to use a packaged cake mix like Duncan Hines how many boxes would I need?

I believe that pan handles 11 cups, which is about 2 cake mixes. I just made a couple in that size and 2 mixes was plenty.

I use 2 mixes in mine. It would hold a little more if you wanted it to.

wilton.com has a chart to tell you how much each pan holds and how much icing is needed to decorate.
