hello ladies, I'm fairly new to decorating and I'm getting into trying new things. I know a lot of people like the look of fondant but not the taste and seeing these options to the look of fondant with the taste of buttercream that everyone loves, I would like to know which one is the better choice to go with
thanks

Buttercream and rolled buttercream have totally different tastes. Between the two I think it's more a matter of the look you are after. Rolled buttercream is more of a "replacement" for the fondant look. In my gallery - the tuxedo cake and the train cake are both rolled buttercream. Anyway - I like both but they have different uses.

Hope this helps!
Debbie
