Anybody know of a peanut butter filling recipe? I'm making chocolate cake and I love chocolate and PB together. Imagine that! icon_biggrin.gif

Peanut Butter Cup filling

1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon soft butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix all ingredients on low speed till combined.

I just mix creamy pb with buttercream to taste and texture. Everyone loves it! That's actually what I iced the ball of yarn cake with in my gallery too.

I use a recipe similar to TexasSugar. I've also seen a recipe with PB, whipping cream, and powdered sugar. I'm going to try that next time. Chocolate and peanut butter are the best together.
