Alright, I am getting ready to finalize my cost per serving and I was wondering what everyone does for their quarter sheet cake (9x13)? I was doing 12 servings per cake, like a cake mix box says, then I realized that the serving size for that was 4x4. Does everyone on here do the cake mix serving size, the 2x2 serving size or the 1.5x2 serving size. Which is the best? Just to let you know my local "grocery stores" are saying there are 24 servings in a quarter sheet (2x2). So, everyone, what do you do?????

Sorry about rambling....
Thea

single layer 9x13 (quarter sheet) = 24 (2x2) servings

single layer 12x18 (half sheet) = 54 (2x2) servings

Good Luck! thumbs_up.gif
