Okay, so I just finished baking regular sized and mini cupcakes. I'm planning on making a cupcake bouquet to bring to my mother-in-law and possibly my hubbies two aunts.

I used the recipe for WASC, but instead of water I added the International Delight Chocolate Caramel. It tastes very good and mild. Not a strong taste, but a hint of caramel and almond. Now I'm set to make my buttercream and I don't know what flavor or type I should make. I want something light in texture, and, of course, I want it to compliment the flavor of the cupcakes. I need suggestions - quickly. I'm leaving for my in-laws house within two hours!!

Does your icing take any liquid? IF it does subsitute alittle of the creamer for it in your regular icing, Perhaps a tablespoon or so.

I would also use the creamer as the flavor of your icing. It would go great.

Oh, great idea. I was in such a rush though (just finished making two cupcake bouquets) because my family was waiting for me to finish. Anyway I used white chocolate buttercream. It came out good, but it probably would have been better using your suggestions.
