Help With Sponge Cake

I have this recipe I want to try but after the cake is done, I don't know if I have to let the cake cool in the pan. It does not say.
I also want to know how delicate should I treat this cake? icon_rolleyes.gif
Any Ideas??

let it coll for 5-10 minutes i just put a cake grid on top and turn it over with the pan. Who knows how delicate it is but the wired thing will support it as you turn it over

Do you think the cake will come out easy since the pan is ungreased?

you should really grease the tin before using. If I want to be certain a cake won't stick I usually line the tin with greaseproof paper
