Please I need help... I need to deliver a cake today . This place is 40 minutes away and today is very hot, what can I do to transport my cake and not let it melt?!

well first pre-cool the car....make sure your air conditioning in the car is on and has a chance to let the car cool down!!! also dont transport the cake all put together....( if it is tiered) wait til you get on site....secure the cake while transporting making sure it doesn't/won't slip around!!! i put the cake on a non slip pad...i don't think i left anything out!!! good luck!!!!!!

make sure to take cake decorating tools, and frosting bags, just in case there's a spot or two to touch up. Call ahead to make sure that the building is unlocked and you don't have to wait for someone to unlock it for you.

Yeah!! I had the same problem today... AND my a/c did not work!! The angels were watching us!
