I'm looking for a white chocolate icing recipe, that is moldable and enough to cover a cake -- so it looks like fondant.

you could use candy clay or a mixture of 1/2 candy clay and 1/2 fondant (not wilton). I think there are instructions for candy clay on the home page.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if it was the candy clay that was used or if there was something else. I was just looking at Cakeworks web site and wondered if it was candy clay that they used.
