How Do I - Baby Booties?? Please Help Soon?!

hi everyone,

i have tried doing the booties, but never came out right. I recently bought the cutter from country kitchen, much easier when it comes to cutting.
BUT i can't seem to figure it out. icon_redface.gificon_redface.gif
It seems like the top part is larger than the bottom, is it supposed to be like that? how do you glue it together? do you flap the top a bit under the sole and then glue? so lost. please help?!
