Liquid creamer is used in place of the liquid stated in any cake mix or icing. It enhances the flavor of the cake or gives a great tasting in icing.
You can use the liquid coffee creamer to replace the water for your cake mix. People use different amounts according to their taste. I used 1 C of the Southern Butter Pecan coffee creamer when the recipe called for 1 1/3 C of water. I normally would have used 1 1/3 C of milk. In this instance, I used 1 C of coffee creamer and 1/3 C of milk. I have read where some only use 1/3 C of creamer and the other 1 C in water or milk. You just have to experiment. You could also use the powder and just mix it into a liquid and replace it that way.
