THIS IS FOR A CAKE I AM MAKING TODAY!!!!!!!
I am considering changing the filling (from chocolate in a chocolate cake, covered in chocolate) to something else.
Any great suggestions would be appreciated.
Must be dairy-free.
Either reply, or PM me.
Also, can I make a chocoalte ganache using non-dairy creamer?
As I mentioned before, this cake needs to be totally dairy-free (BTW many 'non-dairy' creamers do contain dairy by-products!)

TIA

Could you make a buttercream with shortening and water and add crushed oreos to it?
That does sound like an overload of chocolate to have a chocolate filling. I love chocolate, but sometimes you need another flavor in there somewhere.
