Here is a link with a "how much fondant" chart:

I'm not sure how you could convert the amounts to MMF; I'm no math whiz, but this is a start.

I am REALLY, REALLY new to Cake decorating and I was wondering if someone could tell me what MMF is? I have seen you all post it and have been beating my head trying to figure out what it is.

It's marshmallow fondant. They have a couple of recipies for it. I can totally relate! I couldn't figure out a couple of their abbreviations when I first got on here last month. I started going to the search at the top of the page and entering in the abbreviations icon_biggrin.gif
