if the crusting cream cheese icing from here needs to be refridgerated? My instincts tell me yes. If it does, will my fondant roses be ok or will they get soggy and wilt when I take it out of the fridge?

It does need to be refrigerated. As far as your roses go, I am no help, I have never put fondant in the fridge. I would say you probably can as long as you leave the cake uncovered. I did put gumpaste in the fridge with cream cheese icing and it was fine, but I just don't know about fondant......

I personally think cream cheese should be refrigerated. If it gets too warm it can wilt. I would add the roses after it comes out of the fridge.

Just my opinion.

good luck.

I am with JoAnnB. Refrigerate a cake with cream cheese icing and add the fondant roses after you take it out.
