Hi Everyone. The cake is done!!! I used the pin prick method to transfer the emblem. I then outlined it, and used a small paint brush to paint the frosting in. It took along time, but I like the results. I have to work on those borders, but hey, my classes start this Thursday. I CANNOT WAIT!! Everyone loved the cake, and most imporant MY SON loved it. He was quite proud to bring it to the banquet. The cakeWAS three layers 2 chocolate and one yellow in the middle. The filling was chocolate pudding at my son's request. VERY GOOD! Thanks everyone for your help!!!

Wow icon_smile.gif Emblem looks great, as does the whole thing! When you say pinprick...do you just punch little wholes out of something traced?

Great job! I like the idea of having a yellow layer between 2 chocolate layers - that had to be pretty when it was cut!
