Ok guys!! here is the Communion cake!! I think it turned out pretty good! Although. looking at the pics, i noticed the I is dotted in the wrong place!! 
. I wonder if in the morning, i can lift that I and put it where it should be?? lol.. its ok.. it will work out.!
But... Boy oh boy mouse! i can tell that cake is moist!! i had a hard time Torting it......that leveler went right through.. then it slid up.. to close to the top.. i leveled it on the counter, couldnt get the top piece off... then after i filled it, i couldnt get the darn cake on the board! this was my 1st 1/2 sheet.. someone please please tell me ther eis an easier way! im probably doing it all backwards !! LOL!

Wow, your cake looks awesome, everything is nice and smooth and well decorated. Good job!
Great job momof3! I thought that I was the only one dotting my i in the wrong place lol, but I fix them withing a couple of minutes or the next day. I just use a toothpick and pick-up the dot that was dotted wrongfully and put the dot in the proper place. I also smooth the area after removing the dot prior to putting the dot in its proper place.
