I really like the french BC frosting recipe on this site. I've used it several months ago to decorate a cake and loved the taste. If I remember correctly it was a light fluffy icing. Would this hold up using a star tip to decorate Winnie the Pooh? Normally I use the Wilton BC recipe but I really like the taste of the other BC. I don't want to ruin the cake and have the stars melt together. Do you think this is a problem or am I worrying about nothing?? icon_redface.gif
Thanks

I've used cool whip in a star tip and am thinking that your icing is probably similar in consistency to that. It works well, the only problem I have is my hands are really warm, so the cool whip melts pretty fast. I can get through about 3/4 of the bag before my stars are coming out melty. It works/holds up really well though, so you shouldn't have a problem.
