I did my first wedding and grooms cake!!! Had a little problem with the grooms cake splitting as I posted earlier!! I doweled the side like "screws" to hold that piece on and it worked! I had so many compliments and 2 people said I should go into the business. Too stressful to do as a hobby maybe not as much stress doing it fulltime as a job??? My sister is a flower designer and I don't know why we don't open our own business... Thank you ALL for all the tips and insite. When my sis and I discussed issues with our younger sis' wedding, she would ask questions about the cake and I would say, "Well, they said..." she kept asking "who's they" and I would tell her CC buddies.. Thanks again and as soon as I can figure out how to upload the pics then I will add to photos...
