This baker showed step by step how she made a wedding cake- she owns her own bakery~ it's pretty cool to see a demo of how others do their work!

I love her roses and how she did them!

Oooh, I like the straw idea. That's a good one! That is exactly what I needed to see regarding smoothing the top edge of the cake, too! I also liked her roses, but for the life of me, I couldn't figure out how she was making them...even after watching a couple of times! icon_confused.gif

They make it look so fast and easy, like "oh, sure I'll just make a wedding cake for my friend, that's a good idea!" Little do they know they're going to end up getting hooked, spending a fortune and then later becoming addicted to CC! I think I need a program to help with this!

I can't see the video because of the proxy on youtube, but I think I've seen it before. Is it the DIY one w/ the baker and decorator friend? They make some butter cream and a lemon cake?

I took down the recipe and am waiting to try it, has anyone?
