Does anyone have a strawberry filling (that does not need to be refrigerated) recipe that they would be willing to share? I am making my own wedding cake--a strawberry cake--and want to use some kinda of strawberry filling...but it needs to be one that doesn't have to be refrigerated!

I prefer to use a good quality strawberry jam or preserves. Great flavor, no refrigeration needed, and one less recipe to deal with at such a busy time. If you wanted something creamy, mix the icing with the jam.

Best Wishes.
