I have 2 questions about buttercream dream. Can you make chocolate out of it and how much chocolate would you add? Other question i guess you can color it like the wilton buttercream? Has anybody ever used dry chocolate pudding in buttercream to make it ? Thought i would ask before i screw up a batch of it sorry for the silly questions..

I make chocolate B C Dream, but I put 3/4 to 1 cup of cocoa powder and more liquid, because the powder dries out the frosting, so you need to add more milk or whatever you use to make it a thinner consistency. I am not sure about using the pudding mix. The vanilla BC Dream colors nicely and crusts well also.

I have not added pudding to bc dream. I have added it to Pastry Pride and it was good.
