I need some ideas for a cake for a guy qualifying as a dentist. I would appreciate any input. Thank you.

Are you good at sculpting cakes? If so what about a big tooth then you can add fondant dentist tools.

The tooth part is what I was visualizing. I think the cap and diploma is an excellent idea!
