Someone from another group mentioned to me that there were instructions on this forum for how to make your own sugar box to keep the hot sugar pliable. I did not see this topic in the list. Does anyone know about it, or can someone send me a link to directions?

Thanks Bunches -

My,my,my sugar boxes abound and questions galore. Sugar boxes have no set standard as to how big or small they can be. They can be made of anything from plexiglass to plywood and most materials in between. Plexiglass is the general construction material because of its light weight. Go to www.pastrywiz.com I think there is a picture of one there. What it boils down to is a comfort zone.
