Could someone explain what MMF is? I keep reading about it, but I'm not sure what it is. The only fondant I have used is "Wilton" packaged fondant.

Also, what is the difference between fondant and gumpaste?

mmf is made with powdered sugar, marshmallows and water. the taste is great and it beats using the wilton fondant that tastes horrible. i haven't used gumpaste yet, but i know that it dries harder that fondant. it is used to make flowers which last a long time.
