Decorating Gel

I will be using gel to get that stained glass look for a cross cake I'm doing. Is there a recipe for decorating gel so that I don't have to buy all those colors? Thank you so much!

I don't know a recipe, but piping gel comes clear. You can color that.

But i would just buy a container of the wilton clear gel and color to your needs. Seems to be a bit easier then icon_smile.gif
